Addressing a gathering in Kanpur Dehat, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath accused the Samajwadi Party of violence against Ram devotees during their tenure, stating, "The Samajwadi Party used to fire bullets at the Ram devotees." He further criticized the SP's governance, citing instances such as a terrorist attack in Ayodhya and asserting, "Today there is no space for mafias and criminals in the state." Adityanath also praised the BJP's role in the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, highlighting the significance of Lord Ram's presence at the grand temple after 500 years.
